End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”, “Licensee”) and Pipfacts.com (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) governing your use of the Expert Advisor (EA) software (“Product”). By installing, copying, or using the Product, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

• You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product only on the trading account numbers you provided at the time of purchase (one demo account and one live account).
• The Product will not function on any unauthorized account numbers.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Use the Product on accounts other than the licensed demo and live accounts.
• Share, resell, sublicense, rent, or distribute the Product to third parties.
• Reverse engineer, modify, or attempt to bypass account restrictions.
• Use the Product for commercial hosting, resale of signals, or copy-trading without written approval.

3. Ownership

The Product is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in the Product remain the property of Pipfacts.com.

4. Support & Services

• We provide one-on-one setup assistance to help you install and configure the EA.
• With your consent, you may be added to our community/group support channel for guidance, updates, and best practices.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The Product is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
• Trading in financial markets involves significant risk of loss, and we make no guarantee of profit or performance.
• You acknowledge full responsibility for your trading decisions.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses (direct, indirect, or consequential) arising out of your use or inability to use the Product.

7. Termination

This license will terminate immediately if you breach any terms of this Agreement. In such case, you must stop using the Product and no refund will be issued.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Nigeria, and disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts herein.

9. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy available at www.pipfacts.com, constitutes the entire understanding between you and the Company regarding the Product.
