• Each EA purchase includes two (2) licenses:
  • One (1) License for a Live Trading Account
  • One (1) License for a Demo Trading Account
• At the time of purchase, you must provide:
  • One (1) valid demo account number, and
  • One (1) valid live account number.
• The EA will be compiled and restricted to operate only on the account numbers provided.
• Unauthorized use, distribution, or resale of the EA is strictly prohibited.

2. License Restrictions

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the EA only for your personal trading on the approved accounts. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the EA.
• Share, rent, resell, sublicense, or distribute the EA.
• Use the EA for commercial hosting, resale of signals, or other unauthorized purposes.

3. Intellectual Property

All EAs and related materials remain the intellectual property of Pipfacts.com. Purchase of a license does not transfer ownership of the software.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the EA, all sales are final. Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not available once the software is delivered and compiled with your account numbers.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

• Trading in financial markets involves significant risk of loss.
• Our Products are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee profit, performance, or error-free operation of the EA.

6. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or expenses (direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential) arising from the use or inability to use our Products. You acknowledge that you use the EA at your own risk.

7. Updates and Modifications

• We may provide updates, bug fixes, or improvements to our Products from time to time.
• These Terms are subject to change at the sole discretion of the Company. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke your license if you breach these Terms, including but not limited to unauthorized distribution, modification, or misuse.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts herein.
